Purpose

If you are a Human Resource professional, you could benefit from becoming a member of the Richmond Compensation Association (RCA). RCA is your local, professional association for Compensation and Human Resources. We are a partner through the Group Partnership Network affiliated with WorldatWork to advance the educational and professional development interest of its members. How do I Become a RCA Member?

Any individual that is actively engaged in Compensation or Human Resource functions is eligible for membership. Paid membership runs on a calendar year basis beginning January 1 through December 31. Membership dues for 2008 are $55.00 per individual. Your membership is on an individual, rather than organization/corporate basis. If you leave your current organization, your RCA membership goes with you.

To become a new member, please complete the attached 2008 RCA Membership Application. Payments may be made by VISA, MasterCard, American Express or by check. Checks should be payable to the Richmond Compensation Association.
