He is a strategic total rewards professional who uses research and analysis based approaches to address human capital program problems, attract and retain talent, and drive organizational results. Andy has worked with a wide array of leaders in private industry, government, higher education and non-profit organizations.  Andy recently worked as Vice President and Director, Compensation at SAIC and a similar position at Booz, Allen, Hamilton, Inc.  Prior to his private industry roles, Andy was a Principal and Practice Leader, Performance Measurement and Reward Practice for Mercer Consulting, a Principal and Compensation Practice Leader for Watson Wyatt, and a Partner with Hay Group.
