This session will cover “hot off the press” salary and variable pay spending and budgeting information from Aon Hewitt’s 2017-2018 U.S. Salary Increase.         

Jennifer Attaway is an Associate Partner and Southeast Broadbased Compensation Practice Leader with Aon.  Jennifer has 26 years of experience in the compensation field, both as a practitioner (6 years) and as a consultant with Aon Hewitt (20 years). As a practitioner, Jennifer held multiple Compensation and Human Resources positions with a major retailer, and a major transaction services company.
