Current and Future RCA members:

Any individual that is actively engaged in Compensation or Human Resource functions is eligible for membership with Richmond Compensation Association (RCA). Paid membership runs on a calendar year basis beginning January 1st through December 31st. Your membership is on an individual, rather than organization/corporate basis. If you leave your current organization, your RCA membership goes with you.

To apply for RCA membership, return the 2010 Membership Application with a check payable to the Richmond Compensation Association, or you can pay using the PayPal payment option below. Completed applications and payments should be received by March 1st in order to be included in the First Quarter membership directory.

Renewing Members:

Student Membership Offer:

For 2010, RCA is establishing a Student Membership Program. Students who become an RCA student member can further their education by having the ability to add to their classroom education by becoming involved in a real world, dynamic Total Rewards organization.

Students receive a discounted one-year membership fee of $45 - that’s $35 off the one-year membership fee!

Benefits of student membership include having full access to the membership website, submitting questions or ideas to the RCA LinkedIn and Twitter groups, participation in the Quarterly RCA meetings led by nationally renowned speakers and networking with Total Reward professional from local Fortune 500 companies.

Member Reward Program

Do your friends and colleagues know about RCA? Don't keep it a secret -- it could pay off!

RCA is starting a Member Reward Program for the 2010 membership year. If a new member lists you as a referral on their membership application, you will be entered into a drawing for a gift certificate. With each new member referral, you increase your chances of winning. The drawing will be held at the 2010 Fourth Quarterly Meeting. You must be present to win.
