In the past few years we have seen tremendous amount of action in the administrative, congressional, and judicial arenas that have significantly impacted Total Rewards professionals. Efforts to alter, update, and introduce new legislation and regulation continue — especially in the areas of health care, the Fair Standards Labor Act, executive compensation, retirement, and employee leave. Additionally, the Supreme Court continues to wade into these issues and provide legal guidance for TR professionals. This presentation will update attendees on all these efforts and focus on how the 2012 election cycle will impact Total Rewards.

- December 5, 2012 - "Best Practices & Worst Problems"
- Historically, the last quarterly meeting of the year for RCA has been an end-of-the-year discussion panel, and this year is no exception. The panel is made up of consultants and HR practitioners and this year's focus will be around some of the things that have worked in 2012 and how to overcome those things that haven't. The discussion will be facilitated and based on questions from the membership.
RCA is using Evite to announce Program events. Evite is an online invitation service that will allow members to view who is planning to attend an RCA event and provide helpful event information. If you do not receive the Evite invitation and would like to attend the meeting, please contact the Director of Communications.
