This role will be a member of the HR team and will help ensure the pay programs and structures that support the US and Bermuda business are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business strategy to help attract and retain top talent globally. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of compensation frameworks, regulatory compliance and ideally the underwriting job family.
